How do I sell or consign my items?

Please note: We currently accept items at our Singapore boutique(s) only. Sellers from overseas are welcome, but items must be presented in person for verification and acceptance in-store.

Selling to Carousell Luxury is simple. Start by requesting a preliminary quotation via WhatsApp, or visit our boutique(s) for an in-person valuation.

If your item is accepted, our specialists will conduct a final authentication and condition assessment before confirming the final quotation and accepting it for consignment.

Do I need an appointment to sell or consign my item?

Walk-ins are welcome during our boutique's operating hours.

If you'd like a preliminary quotation before your visit, simply contact us via WhatsApp.

How is my item’s value determined?

Our quotations are based on several factors, including the item's brand, model, condition, age, market demand and current resale value.

Our specialists carefully assess each item to provide a fair and competitive quotation based on current market conditions.

What happens after I accept my quotation?

Once you accept your preliminary quotation, simply bring your item to any of our boutique during operating hours.

Our specialists will carry out a final in-person verification and condition assessment before confirming the final quotation. If the item's condition differs significantly from the information provided, we may revise the quotation or decline the item.

How long will it take for me to receive payment?

For consignment sales, payment will be made within seven working days after your item has been successfully sold.

For direct buyouts, payment will be made via PayNow within one working day after the transaction is completed.

Is there a minimum consignment period?

Yes. All consigned items must remain with us for a minimum of 60 days.

If your item remains unsold after this period, you may request a price adjustment to improve its chances of consigning or withdraw your item at no additional fee.

Can I collect my item before the 60-day consignment period ends?

All consigned items are subject to a minimum 60-day consignment period and cannot be withdrawn before this period ends.
